Humans are beautiful
Sometimes when I meet someone new it takes just a moment and we know each other completely. In that moment new language is created. New meaning and new religion form in the vacuum between us. From our collision a sacred ritual is formed and held in our negative space. We collapse in to its gravity, ineffable and fleeting and glorious.. It’s the origin of religions and gods and heros and the most beautiful things I’ve ever known.
Like a car crash in the country, we collide and annihilate everything but the moment. For a few breaths we are magnetic and entwined, fully enraptured. Thirsty travelers telling stories with glances. Words are just punctuation, holding the space a little longer.
